Както SKI.BG първи в БГ отбеляза в социалната мрежа, победителите в стартовете за СК в Леви ще получат и... жив лапландски елен :)
Победа в слалома за световната купа в Леви (Финландия) вече ще носи освен чек и жив Северен елен от Лапландия. Първите носители на живата награда ще станат ясни на 16-17 ноември, когато са слаломите за СК при жените и мъжете.
Всеки скиор спечелил северен елен ще има възможност да го кръсти, но няма да може да го вземе със себе си. Животните ще скитат на воля в околностите на финландския курорт, а техните „собственици" ще следят как си живеят чрез снимки, които ще получават.
„Ще се радваме да създадем ново семейство елени специално за световната купа в Леви, коментира авторката на идеята Йоана Хиетанен, която е от фермата за елени Оунаскиевари.

World Cup Levi: First prize a reindeer!
The organization committee of the World Cup Levi will award its' winners along with prize money and flowers this year with something quite extraordinary. On November the World Cup winners will receive an authentic and original Lapland reindeer as a prize.
The winners will name their own reindeers, after which they can follow their reindeers' movements and adventures in Lapland during winter via pictures and social media. The winners have also an opportunity to greet their reindeers always during the World Cup Levi event.
Prize reindeers are raised by Johanna Hietanen from Ounaskievari Reindeer Farm. These lovely creatures, which are selected during becoming weekend, are young reindeers from last spring.
Hietanen is enthusiastic about the co-operation.
"We are looking forward to create the new reindeer family for Levi. There will be no new ones during the first year but in the future the reindeer family of Levi will have new members for sure. We hope that this is a start for the long-lasting co-operation. The reindeer itself is an important part of Lapland and its' visibility", Hietanen says.
