Само за една нощ в края на месец януари снежна буря покри с бяла пелена Йордания, Израел, Палестина, Ливан и Сирия като предизвика радостни емоции сред жителите. Същевремено обаче снегът остави затворени почти всички магазини и училища, а общественият транспорт беше блокиран.
