SKI RESORTS. A new winter sports ski era has begun. The Alpbach and Wildschönau ski resorts are joining and will appear and present themselves on the ski market in future as one entity.
Here are the most important facts about the new ski area:
Name: Ski Jewel Alpbach Wildschönau
Km of runs: 145 (32 km blue runs, 77 km red runs, 18 km black runs, 17 km marked ski routes)
Lifts: 47 (7 gondolas, 8 chairlifts, 31 drags, 1 Förderband)
Now under Tyrol’s Top 10.
The heart of the ski area will be the new 8 man gondola which will run parallel to the existing 8 man Pögl lift from Inneralpbach to the Pechalm (mid station and gondola station) up to the Schatzberg Mountain. A new piste will be created from the Schatzberg to the Pechalm. (Please see the new piste map).

From Winter 2012-2013 there will be only one ski pass „Ski Jewel Alpbach Wildschönau“ which is valid on all lifts in the Wildschönau and Alpbach- Seenland Region.
