Disl wins women's mass start in Oberhof
Germany's Uschi Disl (L) crosses the finish line to win the 12.5 km mass start at the women's biathlon World Cup, followed by Bulgaria's Ekaterina Dafovska (R) and Sylvie Becaert (2) of France, in the eastern German town of Oberhof, January 12, 2003. Dafovska, coming off her victory in the 7.5K sprint, missed three targets herself in snowy and windy conditions. By finishing second, she protected her lead in overall standings and now has 315 points after eight of 22 events, 11 ahead of Sylvie Becaert of France.
