No matter how often it is used: Young families will find the „Snow Man Ticket“ is well worth having right from the first ski day. For only Euro 10, children born in 2006 and after can ski all the slopes of “Ski Arlberg“ – from now until the 27th April 2014. Even though the terrain is considered to be challenging, Arlberg ski region is also geared up for young winter sports enthusiasts and newcomers, with 142 kilometres of blue pistes and designated nursery slopes. The issue of safety has always been top priority: Just in time for the 2013/2014 winter season, the Arlberger Bergbahnen cable cars have replaced the Tanzböden drag lift on Galzig with a reliable, detachable 6 seater chairlift. This special model has been designed particularly for beginners and young skiers and prevents young people from only 90 cm tall from slipping out of the seat. Up to 5 children can use the lift with only one accompanying adult.

Special attention is also paid to services for the little ones in the ski schools of Arlberg. Be it the Hoppl-Train, Indian tepee or in the fairy tale meadows of St. Anton, St. Christoph and Nasserein – children can discover their very own winter wonderland here. And no later than at the weekly highlights such as kid’s après ski with tombola, ski races or treasure hunt, you will know for sure. Parents can enjoy relaxing on the slopes, safe in the knowledge that specially trained child carers and Hoppl the Hare mascot are keeping moods buoyant and an expert eye on the young ones.
