The four-time World Cup champ bares all as she poses naked to promote her new book
The Olympic champion skier Lindsey Vonn has released a fitness motivation guide designed to be "the perfect companion for living life to the fullest". Tiger Woods' ex-girlfriend posed holding skis to promote the book which divulges her won exercise routines and diet regimen.
It urges readers to 'embrace your natural beauty, eat clean and harness your power' and is filled with help and advice.
Vonn said: "Strong Is the New Beautiful is filled with all of the expert information and guidance you need to make the right choices.
"It is the perfect companion for living life to the fullest."
The book will be released on October 4.
