CROSS COUNTRY SKI. FIS together with Le Gruyère AOP and with FIS Marketing AG are pleased to announce that Le Gruyère AOP is increasing its presence at the FIS Tour de Ski and has become its performance partner. For two years now, Le Gruyère AOP has been successfully supporting the best Cross-Country Skiing performances all over the World as the FIS Cross-Country World Cup Premium Partner. In doing so, Le Gruyère AOP has been able to come closer with its brand to active winter sports and skiing fans.

Just after Christmas heading to the New Year, Le Gruyère AOP will be delighted to welcome everyone at the 12th edition of the FIS Tour de Ski as the new Performance Partner for the upcoming season. In this position, Le Gruyère AOP will be integrated into the FIS Tour de Ski logo, as well decorate the bonus sprints on 2 important stages and increase its presence on the start numbers.
A cheese of great quality and tradition, Le Gruyère AOP is the perfect companion for elite athletes, as it is for every sportsman or woman or discerning spectator. All involved are eagerly awaiting the start of the season to continue this fruitful collaboration between the International Ski Federation and Le Gruyère AOP.

The Interprofession du Gruyère was created in 1997 as the association of the three professions making Le Gruyère AOP possible: the milk producers, the cheese makers and the affineurs. The Interprofession is in charge of the management of the Le Gruyère A OP production, the quality and quantity management, the marketing and promotion of Le Gruyère AOP.
