The biggest ski school in Pamporovo is now officially the best one. The results from winter 09/10 and summer 10 for the Neilson Active Holidays “Marque of Excellence” awards 2010 are now in, and Pamporovo Ski School is awarded with first prize in Europe in the category “Best Ski School”.
Neilson Active Holidays, part of Thomas Cook Group, are providing ski and beach holidays for more than 25 years, and since 2008 began looking after Swiss Travel Service. Eight years the tourist organization is evaluating its worldwide business partners’ services like hotels accommodation, tourist estates and others. More than 180 000 holidaymakers fill in the Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire, where every “good” or “excellent” response is scored as a positive result. To reflect the rise in standards and customer satisfaction, since 2008 Neilson Active Holidays raised the qualifying targets to 90% average score for all Accommodation categories.
Neilson Active Holidays’ ultimate accolade for the highest possible standards of quality and service is Marque of Excellence. All qualifying partners will receive a certificate marking the achievement. The highest scoring partners within each category are highlighted with a special mention. Pamporovo Ski School has attained the highest satisfaction levels within its category “Best Ski School” and as such has been awarded “Best in Category” Marque of Excellence. The trophy „Marque of Excellence” is presented on an annual ceremony in November, during World Travel Market in London.
