CROSS-COUNTRY SKI. Men's national team of Russia is conducting in these days joint training in Oberhof.
Russian squad benefits from good training facilities including the ski hall. Unlike other similar facilities across Europe the Oberhof ski hall is equipped with windows. In Oberhof daylight comes through large windows and allow athletes to inside longer, and thus take on higher training load. Russian Cross-Country team combines indoor workouts with rollerskiing, imitations and running trainings as well as strength sessions.
