WINDSURFING CLASS RS:X. The Bulgarian Sailing Federation is pleased to invite RS:X sailors to take part in the 2011 RS:X Open Youth European Windsurfing Championships & 2011 Bourgas RS:X Open U17 Class Windsurfing Championships under specified conditions laid down by the International RS:X Class Association in co-operation with ISAF between the dates of September 10th -19th 2011 at Bourgas, Bulgaria.
